truSIP Ltd (“truSIP”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 10165366, with its registered office at 607-611 Manchester Old Road, Middleton, Manchester, M24 4PN. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you complete the contact form we collect your first name, last name, email address, telephone number (if you provide one) and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records information about your visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
Spam protection. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects hardware and software information and behavioural data to distinguish people from automated submissions. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Why we can use it
We rely on your consent for analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and in protecting the site from abuse for contact form submissions and reCAPTCHA. Where we go on to work together, we rely on the performance of a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — our website host, our email provider, and Google (for analytics and reCAPTCHA) — and with anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.
How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case records are kept for the duration of that relationship plus seven years to meet accounting and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@trusip.com or write to us at the address above.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
